At Not Sheep, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and you may need to return a product. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds and returns in compliance with South African consumer protection laws.

Returns

You have the right to return an item purchased from us under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You may return items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
    • Intimate apparel or items (such as swimwear or underwear).
    • Perishable goods (like food products or flowers).
    • Gift cards and downloadable software products.
    • Health and personal care items.

Please ensure that all returned items are well packaged and in their original condition to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@notsheep.co.za.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@notsheep.co.za with your order number and details of the issue.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the item is defective or not as described.
  • Exchanges for Defective Products: If the product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process once you receive it.
