A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity Classes include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements . One boot camp workout might stress toning while another stresses military-style drills. Every class is different. That combined with the ever changing landscape of the sea , sand and river makes each class unique.
