BIKINIBOOTCAMP Not Sheep bikiniboot camp creates a safe space for you to enhance your self image and well being and get to be and feel the best that you can. After looking at what was on offer in the fitness World I wanted to create something different.  As a Woman, and working so closely with other Women over the past 30 years, I realized we are all individuals and need to learn what works best for us . There isn’t 1 magic program. I wanted to create a program that targets the full body and still has that one-on-one element. The classes are not repetitive.  Not Sheep offers Women insight on how their individual bodies work and can guide women on how to modify their habits for the best

Bikini bootcamp classes

 Just what is a bikin ibootcamp workout Not Sheep  integrates the perfect combination of cardio, strength training, and conditioning drills while motivating each person to push themselves to their personal best.  A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity Classes include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements . One boot camp workout might stress toning while another stresses military-style drills. Every class is different. That combined with the ever changing landscape of the sea , sand and river makes each class unique.

All Programs planned  to suit your goals, lifestyle and bodyshape.  We take the guesswork out of what to do.  Workouts come with day-by-day calendars to keep you on track, plus lots of variety so you won’t get bored. Almost all of the workouts are bodyweight only—meaning you don’t need equipment—and you can do them almost anywhere. Programs also come with healthy recipes, options for active rest days, plus warm-up and cool-down routines.

“I am Bootcamper for 5 years now. I love being a part of such an amazing group of ladies. We get to exercise outdoors on the beach . We get to have fun in sun, sand and sea. The exercise is not routine , you never know what you are doing each day . It’s always a surprise , for me that’s the best part, because if I knew I would probably make excuses as to why i can’t be there. I love it . I go 4 times a week. I do my best and have fun and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation daily . The fresh air and quietness and stillness in the mornings is breathtaking. It is by far the best way to start your morning.
